This Mini Cooper Sportspack was originally supplied by Whichford Rover, Basingstoke on 1st March 1999 and is presented in iconic British Racing Green with a white roof and body decals, over a black leather-trimmed interior. Features include Rallye-style fog and spot lamps, 13” alloy wheels, a stainless steel exhaust, chrome interior trim, a burr walnut dash and a three-clock binnacle with magnolia-faced dials. Under the bonnet resides a 1275cc multi-point injection engine producing around 62bhp through a four-speed manual transmission.

Currently displaying 51,675 miles, this Mini has been cherished by the same owner for the past 15 years, during which it only accrued 2,500 miles. It has been stored in a garage when not in use - particularly since the Covid pandemic - and has participated in events such as National Mini Day at Beaulieu.

This example is in impressive condition throughout and is ready for immediate enjoyment. The British Racing Green paintwork presents really well and the chromework, glass and trim are all in excellent order. Body-colour vented sills are present both sides and the vehicle chassis number is correctly etched into the front and rear screens. All four alloy wheels appear 'as new' and are shod with recommended Yokohama A539 tyres. Inside, the cabin is in fine order and has been well-preserved. There are no tears to the carpet, headlining or seats - in fact the rear seats appear barely used. Elsewhere, the boot, engine bay and undercarriage are in commendable condition, with both outer sills being replaced approximately 1,000 miles ago.

The Mini is great fun to drive. The 1275cc multi-point injection engine is sprightly, pulling well through all four gears without any crunches upon changes. The stainless steel exhaust produces a subtle yet satisfying raspy note that enhances the driving experience.

The Mini is sold newly serviced and MOT’d until 22nd May 2026. It is supplied with two sets of keys and a history file dating back to the point of first registration including a complete MOT history record and the original stamped service book.

Phil is a really genuine, honest, respectful and polite man to deal with. He was very flexible and made our transaction very smooth, even completing all the paperwork and kept me fully informed throughout. I would not hesitate to use the company again. Thank you Phil.

Gemma Page

From start to finish Phil was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, professional and kind. I absolutely adore my new (but old!) Mini Cooper. She's a beauty! Would definitely recommend and if I'm in the market for a classic again, Phil Mires Classic Cars would be my first port of call.
