2000 classic rover mini cooper 1.3i mpi
This Mini was originally supplied by Mantles Rover on 15th September 2000 and is presented in iconic British Racing Green with a white roof and body decals, over a bespoke black leather interior. Under the bonnet resides a 1275cc multi-point injection engine producing around 62bhp through a four-speed manual transmission. Highlights include private registration ‘M666 KAY’, a bank of four Rallye-style fog and spot lamps, 13” Sportspack alloy wheels, alloy door furnishings, a leather-bound steering wheel and a green colour-coded dash with magnolia faced dials.
The Mini has covered 40,000 miles from new and benefits from recent restorative maintenance carried out to a very high standard, and at great expense. The restoration includes but is not limited to; a full respray with new heritage panels, new rubbers and chromework, new ball joints and wheel bearings, new brake discs and pads, a new stainless steel exhaust and a revitalised interior with a new headlining and leather seat covers in black with contrasting green piping.
The Mini is in fantastic condition and is ready to be enjoyed. The paintwork is in excellent order with even finish throughout and deep lustre. The glass, chrome and trim are also in excellent condition. The 13” Sportspack alloy wheels appear ‘as new’ and are shod in recommended Yokohama A539 tyres. The correct vented sills are present both sides and both the undercarriage and engine bay are in very good condition. The cabin is in fine order and is spotlessly clean. There are no tears to the seats, headlining or carpet. The 1275cc multi-point injection engine is strong and pulls impeccably, whilst the gear synchros are all in good order with no crunches upon changes.
The Mini is sold newly serviced and supplied with a history file to warrant the mileage including the original stamped service book and a large number of receipts for parts and work carried out.
