2000 classic rover mini cooper sportspack (coming soon)

Supplied new by Mill Garage Rover on 1st March 2000, this Mini Cooper Sportspack is finished in iconic British Racing Green with a contrasting white roof and bonnet stripes, complemented by a rarely seen Porcelain Green leather-trimmed interior. Features include Rallye-style fog and spot lamps, 13-inch Sportspack alloy wheels, heater and ventilation controls, a burr walnut dashboard and a three-clock binnacle with magnolia-faced dials. Power comes from a lively 1275cc multi-point injection A-Series engine, producing around 62bhp through a four-speed manual transmission.

Currently displaying just 22,800 miles, the Mini has covered a mere 1,600 miles during the past ten years. Coming from enthusiast ownership, it has clearly been well cared for and is particularly nicely specified, with the Porcelain Green interior providing an attractive contrast to the traditional British Racing Green exterior.

The Mini presents exceptionally well throughout, reflecting the low mileage. The British Racing Green paintwork exhibits a deep lustre and finish, while the bodywork appears straight and well aligned, with correct gaps between the scuttle and tops of the wings. Body-coloured vented sills are present on both sides, the original factory ‘body’ number is present on the bonnet slam panel, and the inner wings display uniform factory spot welds. The chassis number is correctly stamped into the scuttle panel and etched into both the front and rear screens. The glass, chromework and trim all present in excellent order, as do the 13-inch alloy wheels. 

Inside, the cabin is equally impressive. The seats and carpet remain in excellent condition, free from visible tears or damage, while the rear seats appear barely used. The leather-trimmed steering wheel displays only a light and honest patina, and the burr walnut dashboard is very well preserved with original Mini-branded radio/cassette remaining in situ.

Elsewhere, the boot and engine bay are both in commendable condition, while the undercarriage has benefited from Waxoyl protection. On the road, the 1275cc injection engine feels lively and responsive, pulling cleanly through all four gears, with the gearbox providing smooth and precise changes. 

The Mini is sold freshly serviced and MOT’d until 7th July 2027 and is supplied with two sets of keys and a history file dating back to the point of first registration, including the original stamped service book.
