The History Of A Mini

A Mini is a household name when it comes to cars. Though they have dramatically grown in size since this model, they are loved by many. This form of Mini was designed by Alec Issigonis and was produced between 1959 to 2000. A Mini is stereotypically very small and wrongly considered to be cramped. However, the small engine allows for a very spaced out feel. This has been used by many car companies since to ensure comfort as well as power in the car. 

In October 200, the production of the “classic Mini” ceased, after producing over 5 million cars. This particular model is from 1997 and is an unusual surf blue. Its stand out character can be shown through the 13” ‘Sportspack’ Minilite alloy wheels and bespoke burr walnut interior trim

Regular Servicing 

This Mini is in great condition, having been regularly serviced over the years. Its stand out colour was only added in 2013, and has been in dry garage storage since 2015. It has recently been refurbished with the following changes and comes with:

• New battery and a comprehensive valet
• She is sold HPI clear
• Freshly serviced 
• MoT’d until March 2022
• Supplied with a complete service book and folder full of MoT certificates and sundry receipts.
